The CARE Programme is designed to empower NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) individuals across all 63 constituencies in Jamaica by providing comprehensive support and opportunities for personal and professional development. The programme focuses on four main areas:

  • $13,000 Stipend per week (based on attendance)
  • $15,000 transport allowance per month (based on attendance)

Members of Parliament are allocated 35 applications per constituency, however only 30 participants will participate in the programme.

: All applicants MUST have a bank account to receive their stipend payments.

  2. Can the aid of the CARE Programme still be given to those who are over the of 30+ to continue their schooling in the skill area of their choice, so they don’t have to take a route that doesn’t afford them peace of mind and safety(I’m talking about a life of crime)?

  4. I’m asking you guys please to contact applications to let them know whether or not they are being accepted into the program. I applied last year and went on both the interview and the orientation phase and up until now I can’t get a response about the status of my application.

The timing of when you hear back from the MP office depends on their internal processes, and unfortunately, we do not have direct control over the selection or notification timelines.
