To sign up as a customer, simply download the “Skills On-Demand” app, create an account using your email, and fill in your details. Once registered, you can start searching for skilled service providers based on the service you need.
You can use the search function to browse through categories of skilled labour services. You can filter results based on your location, ratings, or specific expertise needed (e.g., plumber, painter, electrician).
After selecting a service provider, you can either request a quote directly through the app or post a job request. Service providers will respond with their availability, and you can choose the one that suits your needs.
All service providers on the app are HEART/NSTA Trust graduates.
If you’re not satisfied, you can rate and review the service provider on the app which will result in reduced rating for the provider.
You pay directly to the service provider upon completion, depending on the agreement made.
