Managing Director

The Managing Director reports directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is primarily responsible to carry out the strategic plans and policies as established by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Honourable Prime Minister.

The Managing Director provides leadership in proactive and responsive programmes of training, assessment certification, lifelong learning and national service to prepare Jamaicans to fulfil their potential.

Dr. Ingleton leads, manages, and supervises the Executive Management Team, directs all senior directors in respect of the implementation of activities critical to the mandate of the organization and the achievement of the agreed strategic objectives.

The Managing Director is also responsible for leading, directing and overseeing the various divisions and streams and monitor the performance targets/timelines/milestones and the achievement of all actions assigned in the Corporate Plan.

Critical to her leadership is ensuring that policies and procedures are in place that adequately protects the assets of the Trust and that the financial and other resources are subject to sound management.
