“The increase in enrolment follows a policy move that was announced by Prime Minister Andrew Holness during his 2023/2024 budget presentation.

During the presentation, he announced that the HEART/NSTA Trust, would remove all tuition and administrative fees for its programmes up to the associate degree level by April 1.”

Please check the HEART NSTA Trust’s website, Programmes List – HEART/NSTA Trust (heart-nsta.org), for information on our online/e-learning programmes. Please use a desktop or laptop when completing our online application, you may apply for the program on the same website. Physical application can be done at the parish office that is closest to you. Kindly bring your birth certificate, TRN, two passport sized photograph, government ID, and any proof of qualification you may have. Applications are handled in order received; first come, first served. As a result, you will hear from an institution representative as soon as the program is made available.

We thank you for your interest in enrolling in our Welding course, you may visit our programmes listing page to see the locations the programme is being offered so you may choose the one more convenient to you. You may apply for the programme on the website or you may visit your nearest parish office to apply. To apply for any of our programmes the individual must possess a TRN, Birth Certificate, One passport size photo and qualifications (One CXC, City & Guilds – Stage 3 Mathematics, English Language or HEART NSTA Diagnostic Assessment -with no qualification).
