Global Staffing Inc. is NOT linked to the HEART/NVQ-J Certification The HEART/NTSA Trust is aware of the ongoing circulation of a WhatsApp message purportedly from Global Staffing Inc. that has been advertising job offers in Canada to Jamaicans who have, among other qualifications, NVQ-J certification. It has been reported that a Mr. Francis who is allegedly linked to the company is charging persons a fee for an NVQ-J certificate. HEART wishes to advise that the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) is the only body that can legally confer the NVQ-J certification. We urge persons to make a report to the police if anyone offers to provide NVQ-J certification to them at a cost. We remind the public that certification is conferred on successful completion of training in our HEART programmes and acquisition of the required competencies dictated by the skill area of study. The HEART/NSTA Trust also wishes to advise that Global Staffing Inc. is not one of our partners or associates; neither is Mr. Francis and we are in no way connected to this company or individual. ]]>
