Strategic Plan 2022-2026

Our 2022 – 2026 Strategic Plan is grounded in the principles of sustainable development and underpinned by the core values that we endeavour to adhere. This guiding framework is designed to be agile in addressing the shifting demands of its stakeholders/shareholders and the emerging areas of economic focus and social development. Its aim s to effect national change through a trained and certified workforce. Central to the mandate is a deliberate focus on providing employment locally as well as the provision of trained workers to overseas markets. Development of skills, especially those targeted at areas of high demand, is a strategic lever and critical pathway out of economic stagnation. It is agreed that equitable and easy access to key skills is necessary to build or improve organisations and a more resilient country. This is highlighted and reinforced in the HEART NSTA
